The proposed citizenship changes will not be implemented after the Citizenship Amendment Bill was struck down by the Senate today. Oz Kiwi can now confirm that current citizenship law applies.

For those interested, Oz Kiwi's Citizenship Submission is one of a small number selected by the Department of Immigration and Border Protection to be published on its website. This is distinct from the Select Committee inquiry.
