The Department of Home Affairs, formerly Department of Immigration & Border Protection, have planned system maintenance on 2 and 3 March 2018.
Between 2 pm 2 March and 9 am 3 March AEDT (GMT+11), the following systems will become unavailable:
- ImmiAccount
- eLodgement (Online visa and citizenship applications)
- My Health Declarations (MHD) service
- eMedical
- Visa Entitlement Verification Online (VEVO)
- LEGENDcom
- Australian Trusted Trader
- Employment Suitability Clearances
- Detention Visitor Application
- APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC)
- Humanitarian Entrants Management System (HEMS)
- Adult Migrant English Program Reporting and Management System (ARMS)
- Education Provider Report (eBIT).Visa Pricing Estimator
If you receive a ‘Service Temporarily Unavailable’ error message during this time, Help Desk support is not required. Please try again after the outage period.
Wednesdays
Between 7.00 am –7.40 am AEDT the Immigration website might become unavailable. And between 5–8 am AEDT the following systems might become unavailable:
- ImmiAccount
- eLodgement (Online visa and citizenship applications)
- Visa Entitlement Verification Online (VEVO)
- LEGENDcom
- Visa Pricing Estimator.
