Sydney s501 Information Session

27 September 2017

Section 501 of the Migration Act (1958) was amended in December 2014. Any non-citizen can now have their visa cancelled, or be denied entry into Australia, if they fail the character requirement.

Oz Kiwi strongly encourages people to apply for Australian citizenship, if they are eligible to.

The Australian government is constantly eroding New Zealanders rights in Australia. Becoming a citizen gives you security. New Zealanders automatically become dual citizens, and you can still support the All Blacks!
