The Federal election is likely to be held on Saturday July 2nd.
If you are eligible to vote now is a good time to check your enrolment details.
You will have only seven days to enroll once the election is called.
Those Kiwis who can vote should – it is compulsory for Australian citizens to vote in Australia – but many New Zealanders are denied this right, as they have no pathway to citizenship.
Oz Kiwi acknowledges not all Kiwis can vote, or gain permanent residency, so we will continue to advocate to change to the Special Category Visa (SCV) and for reforms to correct the issues created by the 2001 changes.
