After much speculation, Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull has confirmed his plan to call a double dissolution election if certain Bills are not passed by the Senate.

This means an election could be held in July.

We need to be ready to push for a resolution to the issues that affect New Zealanders in Australia during any election campaign.

This will involve meeting candidates, writing letters, and gaining media attention. Oz Kiwi’s volunteers will naturally be kept busy, but we cannot do this alone – we will need your help.
